Thank you for visiting my site! I work with leaders and teams to advance their careers and develop their leadership capacity and performance. I am proud to say I have witnessed many endings and beginnings over the last decade. My clients and I have celebrated many major transitions with grace and strength. Professional or personal challenges, individuals or team conflicts, your results are my business. I promise to place one foot of yours on the ground and keep one up in the air! I am fun and I have a discerning yet unyielding approach to my work. I also have the ability to see and understand people, issues or situations, clearly and intelligently.

Coaching Request
If you don't have a professional coach you love or one at all then you need to get one. I put a lot of time and thinking into the clients who are on my books. I just don't like to work with too many people and I am not that desperate. I have a waiting list and this gets updated every three or four months. If I can't find a spot right now, one will come up in the near future.Please take 15 minutes to fill out my coaching request form. This will give us both valuable insights and information for your coaching. I will get back to you either via email or by phone to organise a meeting on my time at your office. We will:
o Discuss what is going on for you now and the particular challenges you are facing in both your personal and professional life
o Hear some of your story and get an understanding about who you are and what you feel have been your biggest hurdles
o Get clarity on the specific areas for coaching and in general what you would like to achieve from working together
o Discuss what it is that you are really committed too and what you are prepared to work hard for to achieve
o Accept where you are currently at and in that acceptance what specific behaviours hold your leadership back
o Talk over my working agreement and the finer details as to who is responsible for what and when
o Work out the next steps for you to progress
I will share client examples and organisations I have worked with. You will get a feel for how it might work for you. I understand it is easier to go along with the status quo than to step outside our comfort zone. I also understand when we have powerful conversations with a coach we find the courage and motivation to begin to make changes.
